Crucial Principle: Submitting an availability enquiry, package inquiry form, or WhatsApp message through this website does NOT constitute a confirmed booking reservation.
A celebration date is considered officially booked and reserved only when:
- Our management has verified that the date is available;
- A written booking contract or formal agreement is signed by both parties; and
- The agreed advance booking deposit has been received and acknowledged by Seven Say.
3. Quotations & Pricing
Information and package details presented on this website are provided for illustrative and planning guidance. Formal quotations are customized based on the confirmed event date, guest headcount, meal menus, decoration choices, and requested hours. Quotations remain valid for the period specified in the quotation document.
4. Venue Rules & Conduct
To preserve an elegant, safe environment for all celebrations:
- Hosts and third-party vendors must comply with scheduled setup and teardown timings;
- The venue strictly adheres to local sound regulation guidelines;
- Damage to venue property or fixtures by guests or external decorators will be the responsibility of the booking host.

All photographs, visual designs, brand names, and written copy published on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Seven Say Reception Hall or used with explicit permission. Reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
